All purchases made on the platform are considered digital purchases. Due to the nature of digital content, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

These subscriptions provide access to premium mock tests, features and content.
Once a subscription is activated and content access is provided, it is considered used.

Refunds for subscription plans are generally not provided once the subscription is activated.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated

All ebooks, PDFs and test series are digital products. Once purchased and accessed, they are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, it cannot be returned or revoked after access is granted.

We will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved.
